RETURN TIMEFRAME
Returns must be received by our Returns Department within 21 days from the date you receive your merchandise. (See return process below)
RESTOCKING FEES
We do not charge restocking fees unless:
Shower curtains are not clean, folded and/or are not returned with their product packaging (plastic envelope and paper insert).
Bath rugs are not returned with their original product packaging (cardboard and hangers).
Restocking fees are 15% of the purchase price of the item(s) if the above conditions are not met.
Any item that has been used, stained, soiled, damaged or otherwise is not in resalable condition will not be accepted for refund.
Closeouts, accessories (including rods/rails), safety mats
and custom orders
are final sale items.
RETURN PROCESS
Please alert us to your return by sending an email notification to: info@vitafutura.com , using "return" as the subject. Please provide your name, order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
We will promptly confirm your request via email and issue an RMA Number along with a Return Label for your convenience. Please print and complete the label then attach it to your parcel. The label will require postage from your selected carrier.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
For your security, please return using an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt.
Vita Futura does not reimburse for return shipping and is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
EXCHANGES
We are happy to process your exchange request via email, phone or by filling out the back of the sales receipt prior to returning your item(s).
A credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price of your returned item(s) and a new order will be generated for your requested exchange item(s).
We are proud to have some of the lowest shipping rates available online and these rates will apply to exchange requests. For example, any item on our site ships for $7.98 (within the Continental U.S.) and each additional item is $1.99.
