Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN TIMEFRAME

Returns must be received by our Returns Department within 30 days from the date you receive your merchandise. (See Return Process below)

RESTOCKING FEES

We do not charge restocking fees unless:


Restocking fees are up to 20% of the purchase price of the item(s) if any of the above conditions are not met. Any item that has been used, stained, soiled, damaged or is otherwise not in resalable condition will not be accepted for refund or may be assessed a restocking fee of up to 50%.

Closeouts, custom orders and
opened rods, rings and safety mats are final sale items

RETURN PROCESS

Open a return request at www.vitafutura.com/returns. If you would like an exchange, place a new order for the new items.
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

For your security, please return using an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt.

Vita Futura does not reimburse for shipping and is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.


EXCHANGES

We are happy to process your exchange request via email (preferred) or phone prior to or after returning your item(s).

A credit will be issued in the amount of the purchase price of your returned item(s) and a new order will be generated for your requested exchange item(s).
