If your order has not shipped, we can usually cancel the order for you.
In some cases, we may not be able to cancel the order because it has already been secured or shipped. If this occurs, we will gladly accept a return consistent with our return policy, but we will not be able to refund the shipping and handling fees and you will be responsible for the return shipping to Vita Futura (see Return Policy). |
